Few sporting events have as much heritage and global recognition as Wimbledon and The Championships. This interactive lecture introduces students to the preservation of our unique brand identity, while continuing to move with the times and develop new audiences and revenue streams. From brand partnerships, audience interaction, and the business of broadcasting, students will learn how AELTC balances tradition and modernity.
Session length: 4 hours, including lesson, tour, packed lunch break and Museum visit.
Session timings: 10:00-14:00
Leader requirements: 1 leader/chaperone per group. Leaders/chaperones are required to stay with the group for the entirety of the visit.
Minimum numbers: 15 students
Maximum numbers: 70 students, split into 2 groups of 35 students.
